Lamb Meatballs with Mint Jelly Yogurt Sauce

| 1 lb. ground Australian lamb |
| 1 small onion, grated |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten |
| 1 tsp. ground cumin |
| 1/3 c. dried breadcrumbs |
| 1/3 c. fresh mint |
| 1 small tub plain yogurt |
| juice of 1/2 lemon |
Directions:
1. Combine onion, egg, cumin and breadcrumbs in a bowl and form into 20 balls.
2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook meatballs over medium heat for 12 mins. or until cooked through.
3. Combine mint, yogurt and lemon juice. Serve with meatballs.
