Rice Pudding Smoothie

What you need:

* 1/2 c. whole milk
* 2 oz. cream cheese
* 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla vanilla
* 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1 c. ice cubes
* 1/2 c. cooked MinuteŽ White Rice, at room temperature
* pinch ground nutmeg
* 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish

What to do:

1. Using a blender, mix the milk, cream cheese, vanilla and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend on high speed until slushy, about 15 sec. Add the rice and pulse for 5 sec. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Garnish with the cinnamon stick.
