Servings: 2
Prep Time: 10 Min.
Cook Time: 15 Min.
What you need:
* 1 lb. beef T-bone steak, cut 1-in. thick
* 1 tsp. steak seasoning

Mole Sauce:
* 8 oz. tomato sauce
* 1/4 c. water
* 1/4 c. raisins
* 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
* 2 tsp. packed brown sugar
* 1 tsp. minced garlic
* 3/4 tsp. ancho chile powder
* 1/4 tsp. salt
What to do:
1. Combine Mole Sauce ingredients in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 min. to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
2. Carefully pour hot sauce in food processor or blender container. Cover; process 30 sec. or until smooth, adding 1-2 Tbsp. water to thin sauce, if necessary. Return to saucepan; keep warm until ready to use.
3. Press steak seasoning evenly onto beef steak. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 14-16 min. (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 15-19 min.) for medium-rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.
4. Remove bone; carve steak crosswise into slices. Serve with sauce.
