* 28 oz. sourdough bread dough ball (or enough dough for a 16-in. pizza)
* 3 oz. chopped garlic mixed with 2 oz. olive oil
* 3 oz. ranch-style salad dressing
* 2 c. Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese, shredded
* 1 c. Wisconsin Mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
* 3/4 c. yellow onion, sliced
* 1/2 c. crumbled, cooked bacon
* 1 c. cooked chicken strips, diced
* 3/4 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
1. Hand-form dough to a 16-in. round, and let rise to twice its size.
2. Roll edges to make a crust and spread with garlic/olive oil mixture.
3. Top with ranch dressing, 1 c. Mozzarella, and 1/2 c. Cheddar.
4. Layer onions, bacon, chicken and tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 10 min. in oven at 420° F.
